1. Appointment Booking

• Booking Process: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time and date.

• Confirmation: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation via email or text. Please ensure your contact details are correct when booking.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service price.

• No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for an appointment will result in a full charge for the missed service.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled, and the full service fee will apply.

3. Payments

• Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card, cash, and mobile payment services after the service is completed.

• Payment Timing: Payment for services is due at the time of service completion.

• Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the service price but is greatly appreciated if you’re happy with your service.
